While the first “official” Book Madam Book Club will meet Wednesday, May 19 with Carla Gunn, author of Amphibian, we’re going to host a warm-up round with Stacey May Fowles, author of Fear of Fighting, and the book’s co-publisher, Nic Boshart of Invisible Publishing.

Nic Boshart: “Riveting tales of independent publishing. Sordid stories of typographic anomaly. And a lot of glamour. Like maybe too much. But not Hollywood-type ritzy glamour, like I will give them funny looks and brainwash them through my typing glamour.”
Julie Wilson: “Truthfully, I’ll probably leave the computer at least twice to get something to drink or use the lavatory.”
